At first Arne aus den Ruthen Haag explained to two of them that, according Article 24 of the city’s Law of Civic Culture, they had to be taken before the civic judge due to complaints from neighbors.

Despite arguing there were no proofs to accuse them of prostitution, the women agreed to go before the judge but insisted on using their car to get there.

After being questioned by Arne aus den Ruthen Haag if they had written down the license plates, the officers answered that they had not.
