At the national headquarters of the party, the head of the PRI  said that the “tricolor” was responsible for turning the revolution into a party and pushing forward the modernization of the country with a transformative project headed by President Peña Nieto.

During the anniversary celebrations, the political leader accused the PAN of being responsible for 12 years of inertia, mediocrity and immobility, for, while they were at the head of the country, they were unable to offer the answers the county needed and, furthermore, they exacerbated its problems.

Beltrones also took a moment to criticise the unnatural electoral alliances between the National Action Party (PAN) and the Democratic Revolution Party (PRD). He also added that his party is ready yo win the elections on the 5 of June, fully convinced with its project, with well sustained alliances and ready to triumph to form stable governments that respond to the people’s expectations.
