MEXICO CITY — Mexico City banks offered the U.S. dollar at 18.95 pesos at the mid-day session, four centavos less than at the opening of the day.

At noon, the euro lost seven centavos since the start of daily trading, to be sold at a higher price of 20.39 pesos, while the sale of the yen moves up to 0.196 pesos.
