The "Los Porkys" group has been the object of many demonstrations against impunity

Veracruz’s Prosecutor’s Office reported that the Fifth District Court, based in Boca del Río, Veracruz, denied the amparo (A Mexican constitutional legal process that protects the citizen and their basic rights) request filed by the defense of Enrique Capitaine against the detention order filed against him regarding his alleged participation in the crime of aggravated sexual child abuse.

Capitaine is one of the members of the group called “Los Porkys,” and is accused of allegedly participating in the sexual abuse of a minor.
