Purchase of Alcohol Will be Restricted on Election Day in Mexico City

A dry law will be in effect on Sunday, June 5

In order to ensure a smooth election, Mexico City will have a dry law in effect from midnight on the morning of Sunday, June 5, to midnight on the morning of Monday, June 6. Purchase of alcoholic beverages will only be allowed at restaurants, bars and hotels with purchases of food.
