Kids Event, Crayola Interactive, Comes to Chapultepec

From today until June 27, the Bosque de Chapultepec will be the place where kids and adults can enjoy Crayola Interactive, a technology entertainment experience.

Figment, a company that has developed digital content with Microsoft Kinect, said in a statement that anyone is invited to attend the event and use their body to create a giant work of art through a huge television screen, or enjoy the experience through virtual reality. For three days the event will be free.

Crayola Interative, part of the Sigue Creando project, is an experience that uses technology to create games such as PlayStation and Xbox.

This event, in partnership with Crayola, is intended to promote physical activity with children as they learn to use technological tools, Figment’s director Ricardo Ellstein said.

He added that the firm is one of the first to reach the country using Microsoft Kinect technology.
