Vehicles with green stickers and license plates ending in 1 and 2, as well as holograms 1, 2, 0 and 00 will not circulate on Thursday for the Hoy No Circula driving restriction program. Thursday will be the last day of generalized Hoy No Circula that affects all vehicles.
