The ‘Hoy No Circula’ driving restriction program on Friday includes vehicles with the blue sticker and license plates ending in 9 and 0, as well as holograms 1, 2, 0 and double 00, which will not be allowed to circulate. These measures will apply from April 5 to June 30, this being the time of year of greatest ozone concentration.
