Emergency services and firefighters have succeeded in reducing the flooding that had affected several areas of the Mexico City.
Mexico City’s Command, Control, Computation, Communication and Contact Center said in its Twitter account, “Roads normalized after flooding on Santa Cruz and Tlalpan roads, in Colonia San Simón Ticumac, Benito Juárez.”
In another tweet, the center confirmed that the water levels had decreased to normal on Avenida Tezozomoc and San Isidro, in the Petrolera neighborhood, Azcapotzalco borough.
Traffic has also resumed its usual conditions after flooding in Gran Canal and Periférico, in Nueva Atzacoalco. Improvements have also been seen in Lerdo de Tejada and Naranjo, of the Las Trancas neighborhood in, Azcapotzalco.
Firefighters also concluded work in Santa Apolonia and Ferrocarriles, in the Santa Apolonia neighborhood.
Emergency services are currently attending flooding in the Golfo of Tehuantepec and Cañito neighborhoods, Miguel Hidalgo.
Firefighters completed work min Camino a Nextengo and Ferrocarriles Nacionales, in the neighborhood of Barrio Santa Apolonia. Flooding also fell in Avenida Civilizaciones and Geografía, in Unidad Habitacional El Rosario.
On the other hand, the more flooding was seen on Avenida Tláhuac and General Manuel López, in the borough of Tláhuac.
