Javier Duarte de Ochoa, former governor of Veracruz who recently resigned, reportedly sold a property located in a country club in the United States for $10. According to an agreement signed in Santa Fe, New Mexico on Oct. 31, 2007, Duarte de Ochoa owned real estate in Maricopa, Arizona, which he passed on to his wife who in turn sold it to her uncle, Jorge Ramírez, for the amount of $10.
In a conversation recorded on video for Loret de Mola’s news program, a person — identified as businessman Moisés Mansur — claims he gave a credit card to Karime Macías, wife of former governor of Veracruz Javier Duarte.
