The state of Nuevo León’s Superior Auditor (ASE) has requested a statement from former Governor Rodrigo Medina de la Cruz about anomalies detected in the 2015 budget.
Medina de la Cruz will have 30 days to respond to the inquiry and explain the anomalies.
The anomalies discovered by ASE involve financial auditing, public works and performance evaluations, among other things.
