The dollar rose 22 centavos to close at a selling price of 20.29 pesos at Mexico City currency exchanges on Thursday. Banks purchased the dollar for a minimum of 18.65 pesos.
Mexico’s Central Bank (Banxico) set the exchange rate at 19.7974 pesos per dollar.
