Mexico City banks sold the dollar at 19.05 pesos, eight centavos more than last Friday. Banks bought dollars for a minimum of 18.25 pesos.
The euro gained 27 centavos to be sold at 20.89 pesos. The pound and yen were sold at 24.96 and 0.194 pesos, respectively.
The official exchange rate, set by Mexico’s Central Bank, was 18.7569 pesos per dollar.
