The dollar closed with a rise of two centavos on Tuesday, closing at a selling price of 18.22 pesos at currency exchanges in Mexico City. Banks bought the peso for a minimum of 16.65 pesos.
Mexico’s Central Bank (Banxico) set the exchange rate at 17.8108 pesos per dollar.
