The dollar fell 18 centavos to close at a selling price of 22.14 pesos on Thursday, at the Mexico City currency exchanges. Banks sold the dollar for a minimum of 20.95 pesos.
The euro fell seven centavos to 23.50 pesos, while the pound closed at 26.83 pesos.
Mexico’s Central Bank (Banxico) set the official rate at 21.7204 pesos per dollar.
