The dollar declined one centavo to close at a selling price of 19.33 pesos Thursday in Mexico City currency exchanges. Banks purchased the dollar for 18.15 pesos.
The euro declined five centavos to close at 21.23 pesos, while the pound and yen closed at 23.59 pesos and 0.212 pesos, respectively.
Mexico’s Central Bank (Banxico) set the official exchange rate at 19.0399 pesos per dollar.
