The dollar enjoyed an increase in value on Thursday, closing 28 centavos up at 19.45 pesos at Mexico City currency exchanges. Banks purchased the dollar for a minimum of 17.85 pesos.
Mexico’s Central Bank (Banxico) set the exchange rate at 19.0019 pesos per dollar.
