The dollar closed the week with a seven centavo increase in value at Mexico City currency exchanges, finishing at 19.22 pesos. Banks purchased the dollar for a minimum of 17.64 pesos.
Mexico’s Central Bank (Banxico) set the exchange rate at 18.8413 pesos per dollar.
