The dollar continued its downward tendency Monday, losing 20 centavos to be sold for 18.40 pesos in Mexico City banks. The dollar was sold for 17.58.
The euro lost 21 centavos to be sold at 20.49 pesos, while the pound and yen were sold at 23.59 and 0.196 pesos, respectively.
The official exchange rate, set by Mexico’s Central Bank (Banxico) is 18.0363 pesos per dollar.
