The dollar began the week with a small increase of three centavos, closing at a selling price of 18.20 pesos at currency exchanges in the capital. Banks purchased the dollar for a minimum of 16.75 pesos.
Mexico’s Central Bank (Banxico) set the exchange rate at 17.8646 pesos per dollar.
