The dollar closed this week on the lower end with a drop of nine centavos on Friday, selling at a price of 18.18 pesos at Mexico City currency exchanges. Banks purchased the dollar for a minimum of 16.70 pesos.
Mexico’s Central Bank (Banxico) set the exchange rate at 17.8470 pesos per dollar.
