The dollar closed the week with an increase of 9 centavos, to finish at a selling price of 17.98 pesos at Mexico City currency exchanges. Banks purchased the peso for a minimum of 16.40 pesos.Mexico's Central Bank (Banxico) set the exchange rate at 17.5618 pesos per dollar.
