The dollar closed the week with a nine centavo loss, finishing at a selling price of 17.98 pesos at Mexico City currency exchanges. Banks purchased the dollar for a minimum of 16.50 pesos.
Mexico’s Central Bank (Banxico) set the exchange rate at 17.6205 pesos.
