The Autonomous University of the State of Mexico (UAEM) participated in the L’Etudiant Fair in Paris, France, which was organized by the Mexican Embassy in France, Campus France and the National Association of Universities and Higher Education Institutions (ANUIES). This year’s edition had chosen Mexico as its guest country.

The event included 18 prominent Mexican universities and more than 40 French institutions and strengthened UAEM’s presence in the international arena and the internationalization project launched by UAEM rector, Jorge Olvera García.

The Mexican Pavilion at the L’Etudiant Fair, inaugurated by ambassador Juan Manuel Gómez Robledo, was visited on Saturday and Sunday by more than 11,000 students and academics. UAEM Secretariat of International Cooperation staff presented the possibilities of mobility and collaboration with those at the pavilion.

Representatives of the University of Le Mans expressed their interest in establishing links with UAEM and signed an agreement to have a joint master’s and co-doctorate degree in science and economics.
