The PGR presented sufficient evidence to force the lengthy sentence

The Seventh District Court of Federal Criminal Proceedings in Mexico City handed down a 36 year prison sentence to a man accused of involvement in organized crime and kidnapping.

Attorney General’s Office (PGR), through the Special Prosecutor’s Office for Investigation of Organized Crime (SEIDO), gave the lengthy sentence for perpetrator, Ricardo “N.”

The Public Prosecutor’s Office provided sufficient evidence to condemn the crimes reported. The criminal organization of which the prisoner was a member was dedicated solely to kidnapping.

According to reports, the job of Ricardo “N” was caring for the victims and collecting the ransom. In October 2002, the authorities issued the arrest warrant against him.
