A unique, natural and fun experience will be offered in Mexico City on Saturday at the Night Picnic, to be held in the Chapultepec and San Juan de Aragón forests.

During the picnic, held from 8:00 to 11:00 p.m., attendees can spend time with their family, friends or partners and enjoy dinner by the light of the moon.

According to the Mexico City Environment Secretariat, the picnic is completely free and aims to promote the recovery of public spaces, as well as to invite people to interact in cultural and recreational activities.

The public can enter with their own dishes or buy a food basket for two people that includes a tablecloth, a bottle of red wine (375 ml), plastic cups, LED candles, ciabatta sandwiches, apples and chocolates.

People attending this event are recommended to arrive early to pick a good place, bring paper bags (not plastic) to collect garbage in and avoid coming with pets, as they will not be allowed entry.
