Suk was arrested, then released under a 50 thousand peso bail. The foreigner regained his liberty within a few hours because in the state of Guerrero, pedophilia is not considered a felony, said the state’s chief prosecutor Xavir Olea Peláez.In an interview, Olea Peláez said that the state’s attorney asked the judge to consider the foreign pedophile suspect’s capability of fleeing to escape sentencing. He requested that the subject be forced to turn in his passport to prevent him from leaving the country.[caption id="attachment_9481" align="alignleft" width="300"] Just yesterday, representatives of local, state and federal government gathered to laud Guerrero's high Holy Week tourism rates, even in the face of security issues.
