Photo: Cuartoscuro.com/Adolfo Vladimir[/caption]Andrés Manuel López Obrador (AMLO) announced that he will sign an agreement with teachers from the dissident National Coordination of Education Workers (CNTE) to organise actions against the Education Reform.In a short interview after the selection of Salomón Jara as candidate for governor of Oaxaca for the National Regeneration Movement (Morena), López Obrador, the leader of that party, affirmed that Morena will respond to President Enrique Peña Nieto’s plans and that his party will always support teachers.According to López Obrador, the agreement between his party and the dissident teachers’ union is motivated by the state’s responsibility to provide free, high quality education.
