Adverse Weather Conditions Affect 27 States

Mexico experiences strong winds, rain and snow

After 48 hours of adverse weather conditions, which affected 27 states, five people were left dead and 35 injured, said Luis Felipe Puente, national coordinator of the Secretariat of Governance’s Civil Protection.

A total of 458 municipalities have been affected in which 2,620 houses were damaged.

Throughout the country 861 trees and 266 billboards have fallen down, due to strong winds, rain and snow.
