Daily Exchange: Dollar Rises to 21.18 Pesos

The euro rose 24 centavos to close at 22.09 pesos, while the pound sterling closed at 25.94 pesos

The dollar rose 21 centavos to close at a maximum selling price of 21.18 pesos at Mexico City currency exchanges Thursday. Banks purchased the dollar for a minimum of 19.99 pesos.

The euro rose 24 centavos to close at 22.09 pesos, while the pound sterling closed at 25.94 pesos.

The Bank of Mexico (Banxico) set the official exchange rate at 20.7179 pesos per dollar.
