The dollar fell 16 centavos to close at a selling price of 20.84 pesos at Mexico City currency exchanges Friday. Banks purchased the dollar of a minimum of 19.20 pesos.
Mexico’s Central Bank (Banxico) set the exchange rate at 20.3439 pesos per dollar.
