The dollar rose 16 centavos to close at a selling price of 20.51 pesos at Mexico City currency exchanges on Tuesday. Banks purchased the dollar for a minimum of 18.95 pesos.
Mexico’s Central Bank (Banxico) set the exchange rate at 19.9957 pesos per dollar.
