The dollar climbed five centavos on Thursday, to close at a selling price of 18.90 pesos at Mexico City currency exchanges. Banks sold the dollar for a minimum of 17.40 pesos.
Mexico’s Central Bank, Banxico, set the exchange rate at 18.14185 pesos per dollar.
